MANILA, Philippines — A baby boy died when a fire struck a residential area in Parañaque on Saturday afternoon.
Arson probers said the fire broke out at a house in Barangay Sun Valley at around 3:40 p.m.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said the blaze spread to 13 other houses.
Twenty-two families were displaced by the fire, the BFP said. Damage to property was placed at P100,000.
Authorities said they have yet to determine the cause of the fire.
